Job Title: Executive Selling Partner Relations Program Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an exceptional Executive Selling Partner Relations Program Manager to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of the Selling Partner Support organization, you will play a critical role in enabling 3P Selling Partners and Vendors to build the business they want. Your primary focus will be on responding to executive-level escalations, resolving Selling Partner issues, and driving process improvements to prevent future occurrences. Key Responsibilities: Address Selling Partner issues by identifying root causes and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams Conduct root cause analyses and create preventative action plans to fix process or technology gaps Communicate effectively with various departments and lead meetings with stakeholders to drive escalations to resolution Provide timely and accurate reporting on escalation status and maintain data entries in SharePoint and other mechanisms Serve as a point of contact for high-visibility escalations and maintain aggressive service levels Requirements: 2+ years of program or project management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology (preferred) Experience in MS Access and SQL (preferred) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer: Competitive salary (base pay ranges from $50,100/year to $107,200/year depending on location) Opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team Flexible schedule with occasional weekend coverage and on-call rotation Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced program manager looking to make a difference in the Selling Partner experience, please apply today.
