Senior Merchant Success Manager – Enterprise Sales

Job Description: • Engage Franchisees in growth strategy conversations • Strategically introduce and execute on Drive white label growth opportunities • Develop & foster partner relationships with Franchise C-suite as well as strategy and operations leads • Conduct Business Reviews with Key Franchise decision makers • Determine the needs and wants of Franchisees, prioritize them, and work to co-create solutions • Serve at the primary point of contact for all issues and be accountable for their resolution • Drive operational improvement with Franchisees to deliver the best experience • Work cross-functionally with the Drive team to ensure Franchisees have the best possible experience Requirements: • 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales • Proven success working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with product, marketing, and operations) • Expert communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree required Benefits: • 401(k) plan with employer matching • 16 weeks of paid parental leave • Wellness benefits • Commuter benefits match • Paid time off • Paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 11 paid holidays • Disability and basic life insurance • Family-forming assistance • Mental health program
