We're proud of our achievements and are committed to continuing to innovate and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Position Overview** As a Customer Service Representative - Phone Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, and your goal will be to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction * Gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate the customer where applicable to solve the customer's concern on the initial call * Handle high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced environment * Troubleshoot customer issues over the telephone * Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers * Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets **Required Skills and Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a call center or help desk capacity required * Financial service experience strongly preferred * Ability to simultaneously navigate multiple systems and computer screens while engaging a customer over the phone * Proficient in customer services software and tech applications such as Microsoft Office/Teams, SABA, and Ultipro * Ability to handle high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced environment * Open-minded and adaptable with a willingness to learn new skills and change * Strong decision-making and analytical abilities * Ability to troubleshoot customer issues over the telephone * Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills * Willingness to work a flexible schedule * Willingness to accept constructive feedback and turn it into actions * Highly developed sense of urgency and commitment to customer satisfaction * Bilingual English and Spanish is not required, but is highly preferred * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Experience working with customers in a financial services industry * Strong knowledge of customer service software and tech applications * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
