We operate two online learning platforms : one for drawing & painting, and one for guitar.
We are looking for a senior freelance graphic designer to handle high-level brand and communication design for both brands.
This is not a full-time position. This is an ongoing, long-term collaboration on demand, with frequent requests each month. We want to work with one single designer on the long run.
Important: we are not looking for junior profiles or generalists. We need someone autonomous, reliable, quality-driven, and business-oriented.
The core of the role is brand & communication design.
Video and motion are supporting skills, not the main focus.
Responsibilities
- Brand & Print Design (core mission)
- Flyers, posters, brochures, business cards, marketing materials
- Adaptations across brands, campaigns and languages
- Clean, print-ready exports
Digital Content Creation
- Banners and social media visuals
- Posts, carousels, stories (if comfortable with video)
Organization & Execution
- All production done in our Canva workspace (mandatory)
- Collaboration via Google Drive (briefs, assets, shared docs)
- Multiple requests per month with strict deadline management
- This role does not include publishing, content planning, moderation, or community management.
Collaboration Process
- We provide clear briefs (goal, message, offer, deadlines, assets)
- Create in Canva → preview → fast feedback → final delivery
- Deliverables: clean Canva files + well-organized exports on Drive
- Mostly async collaboration with quick syncs when needed
- Several requests every month
Required Profile (non-negotiable)
