What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and validate scalable Salesforce architecture for multi-cloud implementations
- Review and approve functional designs across various workstreams, ensuring alignment with business strategies
- Collaborate with integration leads to design robust integration architecture with various enterprise platforms
- Provide architectural oversight throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
- Engage with stakeholders and vendors to communicate architectural risks and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Approximately 7+ years of experience architecting solutions on Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, metadata architecture, and integrations
- Required experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Salesforce certifications are mandatory, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications
- College degree strongly preferred but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with middleware technologies, such as SAP CPI and Axway
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud, development, architecture) are considered a plus
