Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:   Sales Enablement & Performanc - Partner with global account leadership to identify workflow inefficiencies and improvement opportunitie - Design and optimise sales processes to increase productivity and account growth - Develop enablement materials, playbooks, and training to support new tools and ways of workin - Track performance metrics and provide insight-led recommendations to support strategic decision-making   AI & Workflow Automation - Identify opportunities to embed AI into account planning, forecasting, reporting, pricing analysis, customer insights, and internal coordination - Implement and manage AI-powered tools that improve data visibility, response times, and strategic insight - Automate repetitive administrative and reporting tasks to allow the account team to focus on high-value commercial activity - Evaluate emerging AI solutions and recommend practical applications relevant to the global account - Support effective adoption and responsible use of AI across the account team   Systems & Collaboration - Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology functions supporting the global account - Improve reporting frameworks and dashboard visibility to support executive-level reviews - Support governance, documentation, and process consistency across regions - Lead change management initiatives related to new tools and workflow improvements Personal Attributes - Must be enthusiastic and dependable. - Commercially astute and results-oriented - Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset - Curious and proactive in identifying AI innovation opportunities - Comfortable driving change within established teams - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market preferred. - Possesses a passion for technology and is proactive in staying current on the latest products to market. -   What Success Looks Like - Improved efficiency and clarity in global account workflows - Reduced manual reporting and administrative burden - Strong adoption of AI-enabled tools within the account team - Clear, data-led insights supporting account growth and strategic planning
