Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Temporary Case Assistant to join their Fire Settlement team. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, managing electronic information, and maintaining organization across multiple time-critical projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing Settlement Disbursement Agreements
- Closing out and clean up files
- Mail checks from San Diego Office
- Communicate effectively with clients and gather necessary case information with empathy and professionalism
- Manage electronic information, including document management and document review
- Maintain organization across multiple time-critical projects and deadlines
- Utilize case management software (preferably FileVine) and Microsoft/Adobe tools to support daily operations
Skills
- Experience with case management software, preferably FileVine
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to work remotely
