[Remote] Senior D365 Finance Consultant

The D365 Senior Finance Application Consultant will lead finance deployment for Dynamics 365 implementations, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities • Ability to work on multiple projects as a project team member and project lead for specialization • Lead the finance deployment for Dynamics 365 implementations across all project stages, from discovery and designing finance solutions, perform setup for the client's including business processes, system configuration, customization, integration with third party applications, and supporting current projects as needed • Act as the liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, adeptly managing issues and risks to ensure timely and budget-friendly implementation that aligns with client needs • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client subject matter experts and team • Deliver tailored technology solution demonstrations to showcase capabilities • Develop and maintain documentation for projects • Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to project • Establish high levels of client satisfaction • Proactively mitigate high-impact risks to prevent them from turning into issues and support efforts to manage and resolve critical issues • Serve as a main point of contact for clients and be the first line of support for any questions, issues, or concerns • Identify and recommend new enhancements, process improvements, and software configuration changes to clients to help them leverage technology to improve and benefit their organization • Demonstrate flexibility with task scheduling • Consistently meet or beat project budgets, timelines, and utilization goals • Actively involved in mentoring junior resources and assist in the creation and teaching of internal trainings Skills • The ability to manage internal and external resources with a small to medium-sized team implementing complex software solutions • Must be able to travel up to 25% • Proven experience in directly managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting client deadlines • High motivation and a results-oriented mindset • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong business acumen • A desire to work in a technology consulting environment with a willingness to travel periodically as needed for the project • 4+ years' experience working within finance in Dynamics 365 • Track record of successful projects • Experience with finance in a manufacturing industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred Company Overview • With extensive industry knowledge and experienced consultants, we deliver, develop and manage Microsoft 365 and Dynamics applications in a way that supports your way of working and gives you the right information, at the right time.
