You'll work closely with our management team to gain a comprehensive understanding of every department within our firm, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as sales, marketing, and customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Track and report to Senior Management the daily sales and territory assessments of yourself and your team * Participate and attend weekday meetings to discuss tools and tactics for each day's success * Stay current on product knowledge and promotions, as well as competitor offerings, to ensure the best opportunity for potential customers * Travel locally to assigned territory and nationally to conferences and potential new client meetings * Build and maintain a productive relationship with the customer throughout their entire experience **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing position * Strong problem-solving, influence, and negotiation skills * Prior experience in customer service and sales * Comfortable making presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis in meetings and phone interactions * Maintain flexibility with one's work schedule, and the ability to travel is a plus * The right candidate is local to the area, must have reliable transportation to and from the office daily, and can start immediately if offered the position **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and clients * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications * Ability to travel locally and nationally as required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment * Knowledge of the industry and competitors * Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools * Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
