Position Overview: Senior Collections Specialist (Remote) As a Senior Collections Specialist working from the comfort of your own home, you will serve as a trusted liaison between arenaflex and our valued credit‑account holders. You will blend strong communication skills with analytical thinking to resolve complex billing issues, negotiate payment plans, and protect the financial health of both our customers and the company.
