They are seeking a Bilingual French/English Customer Service Agent to manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service, particularly for religious organizations and charities. Responsibilities - Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Support email inquiries and chatrooms - Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services - Document customer interactions and feedback in the system - Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary - The ability to navigate multiple software platforms and websites concurrently. You don’t need to be a tech genius.
