The Procurement Manager, Process & Policy is responsible for governing procurement policies and maintaining procurement systems and data integrity, overseeing standard operating procedures and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
• Maintain procurement policies, SOPs, and process documentation required to ensure consistent, repeatable and compliant practices
• Deliver procurement training for teams and stakeholders
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and support internal/external audits, including inquiries, remediation tracking, and corrective actions
• Map, standardize, and improve end‑to‑end procurement processes (sourcing through P2P) and maintain guidance on AI‑enabled sourcing practices used in daily leader standard work
• Support system implementations, enhancements and documentation of procurement technologies—including Oracle/P2P and WSS or other required procurement systems or tools
• Troubleshoot procurement system issues, partnering with IT and functional teams to resolve errors and support end‑users
• Ensure procurement‑wide data quality and appropriate information access to manage and maintain increased compliance, and to enable consistent, reliable workflows
• Maintain sourcing templates, workflow standards, and documentation across shared repositories, procurement sites and TEAMS channels
• Work closely across the Procurement team, and with Finance, Legal, Operations, InfoSec, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on policies, process designs, and procurement system usage
• Lead the development of SOPs, training materials, and guidance documentation to improve procurement capability and to support stakeholders’ awareness and on-boarding needs
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities across procurement operations
• Provide guidance on process, policy, systems, and compliance best practices
• Provide support in the use of AI as a daily leader standard work mechanism for reducing time to market given sourcing standard practices
• Support change‑management efforts related to new and/or updated processes, policies, and systems
Skills
• Undergraduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in procurement operations, procurement governance, supplier risk, or process excellence roles
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and workflows, and audit documentation readiness
• Proficiency with procurement systems (Oracle, Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS), P2P tools) and data management
• Strong analytical, documentation, and process‑mapping capabilities
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, IT, Information Security and Operational teams
