We are a U.S.-based immigration consulting firm helping professionals on work visas fast-track their green cards. We're hiring a bilingual (Chinese-English) operations assistant to manage our client acquisition pipeline remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to applicants on recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Screen applicants via 15-minute phone calls in English
- Post and engage in Asian-American professional communities on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Conduct initial outreach calls with potential clients in English — gather basic information and schedule consultations with our senior consultant
- Manage lead tracking in Google Sheets
- Compile weekly operations reports
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (must be able to hold phone conversations in English independently)
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Forms)
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit)
- Available during U.S. business hours (EST or PST) for at least 4-5 hours per day
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Prior remote/virtual assistant experience preferred
