Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals and families to review health coverage options
- Educate clients on ACA Marketplace plans and supplemental products
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Build and maintain your own book of business
- Consistent follow-up and pipeline management
- Participate in training and development as needed
Skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) a health insurance license
- Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
- Multi-state licensing (or willingness to expand)
