Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RealPage, Inc. is looking for an Implementation Consultant I who will be responsible for scoping and configuring assigned projects. The role involves managing client communication, training, and ensuring best practices are followed during product implementation.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned implementation projects for Vas Onboarding prioritized products
- Collect project requirements such as configuration documents, questionnaires, property list
- Complete Kick off meeting with customers as needed. This task goes over product summary, requirements, implementation timelines, and best practices
- Complete all configuration items assigned in the established SLA
- Complete all follow up communication with the customer to keep project on track
- Work cross functionally to resolve any issues with Customer success, Support, Product, and Sales teams
- Monitor project progress and update clients accordingly
- If tasks for project completion are distributed across the team, the consultant is responsible for assigning those tasks within the established SLA and ensure that they are completed
- Deliver final project within the established SLA
- Complete final training call and provide best practices to customer
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft 360 products
- Strong Critical Thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic understanding of project management and CRM tools
