[Remote] Entry-Level IT Advisory Consultant

The company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Technology Implementation Consultant to drive healthcare transformation through technology improvement projects and contribute to client success. Responsibilities - Advise healthcare organizations on strategic technology initiatives, including system selection, implementation planning, and digital transformation efforts - Collaborate with client stakeholders—clinical, operational, and IT—to assess current-state workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements - Develop and deliver client-facing materials such as strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, business cases, and performance dashboards - Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements, validate findings, and align on solutions - Lead or support project management activities including timeline development, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and status reporting to clients and internal leadership - Contribute to the development and refinement of firm methodologies, tools, and best practices in healthcare IT advisory services - Participate in business development efforts by supporting proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth through feedback, mentorship, and ongoing education in healthcare IT trends and practices Skills - Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects - Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions - Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level - Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing - Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop workplans, track milestones, and manage deliverables across teams - Ability to travel 20% of the time - Available to begin work August 2026 - Must be authorized to work in the US, visa sponsorship not supported - Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general) - Expected Graduation: May 2026 Benefits - Annual performance bonus - Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
