Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Bridge Armenia is partnering with Avexgen to hire a remote Administrative Assistant to support a U.S.-based legal practice. The role involves working with case managers and clients to maintain accurate legal files, organize medical records, and ensure effective communication throughout the case lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Make initial contact with new clients and maintain regular communication
- Gather intake information and documentation from clients
- Verify insurance coverage and liability details
- Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers
- Schedule and coordinate medical appointments for clients
- Manage clients’ treatment process by maintaining contact with providers
- Maintain up-to-date and organized medical records and case files
- Input and update case information in our legal case management system
- Review medical records as received and inform attorney of important updates
- Maintain calendars and provide administrative support to the legal team
Skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with administrative work; legal support experience is a plus
- Comfort working with sensitive or confidential information
