About the Role:
We are looking for a driven, confident, and fully bilingual Appointment Setter with a strong American accent to join our growing sales team at Deal Flow. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients—initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. This is a high-impact role that blends communication skills with grit. We are looking for mature, self-motivated professionals who bring a positive attitude to the team environment.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Engage and qualify leads in both English and Spanish.
- Set high-quality appointments for Account Executives.
- Track all activity in our CRM.
- Hit and exceed weekly KPIs (calls, bookings, show rate).
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required).
- Strong American accent with excellent spoken English.
- 1+ year in sales or appointment setting (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- High Level of Maturity: We are looking for "good people" who are coachable and do not require "babysitting".
- Positive Attitude: A strict requirement for a non-toxic, supportive mindset—no "negative attitudes" or "cancers to the environment".
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
