Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lionbridge Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join their OPI team. The Account Manager will be responsible for growing Lionbridge's market share within the OPI business by building strong relationships with key clients and acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Independently contact prospective customers within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge's solutions
- Maintain a robust, up-to-date pipeline for existing and upsell opportunities
- Educate customers and clients on service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability while consistently achieving set revenue quotas
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with Sales and internal/external Operations teams
- Serve as the main point of contact for OPI clients: ensuring customer satisfaction, solving problems, presenting solutions and developing a strong business relationship with stakeholders
Skills
- 1 - 3 years' experience as an Account Manager or other comparable sales-focused role
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to handle multiple related projects simultaneously while adhering to best practices
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the business area
- Proven skills working collaboratively in a team environment
