**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Warwick, RI. As a key member of our Defined Benefits and Retirement Income Solutions Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing and navigating Windows-based operating systems, and working closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Process and navigate Windows-based operating systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of call center experience in a customer service role (computer skills and customer service experience are accepted)
* 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems (Microsoft Office, Suite, etc.)
* Strong customer service focus and ability to convey complex topics to clients
* Ability to work from home with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace (hotspots are not allowed)
* Ability to use video during interviews and training
* Availability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs
* Ability to attend training and nesting at our Warwick, RI office
* Ability to travel to our Warwick, RI office if system issues arise at home
