Regulatory Counsel - Payments Law Expert

Description The Counsel Regulatory position involves providing comprehensive legal advice to various teams regarding payments laws and regulations. A strong understanding of Card Network Rules, Nacha Rules, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, OFAC and sanctions laws, Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA) / Regulation E, and UDAAP/UDAP is critical. This role also includes monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments, as well as developing company strategies to mitigate risk. Counseling Product Counsel and Compliance on company products to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations is an essential part of the role.
