About the Role
We are seeking a thoughtful and strategic Finance Associate to support asset management and drive new acquisitions. This role is critical to the company's growth — financial modeling, transaction management, and asset performance tracking will all fall within your scope. The right candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in finance or real estate, strong Excel skills, and the potential to grow into a true “deal quarterback” — eventually handling broker interactions and driving deals end-to-end.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform financial analysis and develop Excel models to support decision-making.
• Manage acquisition transactions and track deal pipeline.
• Monitor and forecast performance of existing real estate assets.
• Support strategic planning and analysis for potential acquisitions.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Grow into a customer/broker-facing role, representing the company in deal conversations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills (financial modeling experience preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English (capable of professional client/broker interaction).
• Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Growth mindset, with ability to evolve into a deal quarterback role.
Package & Remuneration
Location: Remote (LATAM strongly preferred for time zone alignment with US)
Compensation: $1,500 – $2,500 USD/month (competitive, based on experience) + discretionary deal bonus potential
