The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist registered Pharmacist who is responsible for the accurate dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.
The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist ensures adherence to quality assurance standards, accurate tracking techniques and a review process before shipping medications to patients. Decisions are typically related to schedule, plans and daily operations. Perform escalated or more complex work of a similar nature and supervise a group of typically support and technical associates; coordinates and provide daily oversight to associates. Ensure consistency in execution across team. Hold team members accountable for following established policies.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or a PharmD
• Licensed as a PHARMACIST in state(s) of practice
• Participate in Federal prescription programs
• One year Supervisory experience
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Proficient in computers
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$126,300 - $173,700 per year
