We are seeking a skilled professional to lead major capital procurement initiatives for this company's critical projects. Our team relies on this position to drive effective sourcing, stakeholder alignment, and successful project delivery in a complex, global setting. Responsibilities:
Facilitate collaboration and clear communication across project teams, procurement representatives, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on deliverables and priorities. Prepare, launch, and manage sourcing events, tenders, and competitive selection processes, including documenting negotiations and contracts to support capital expenditure projects. Oversee the development, tracking, and timely updating of procurement and expediting tables in line with project requirements and key milestones. Manage contract closure activities, including final performance reviews, lessons-learned sessions, and seamless handoff of equipment, contracts, and documents to operational teams. Experience/Minimum Requirements:
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, organize stakeholder alignment meetings, and collaborate with engineering and project management functions. Experience preparing procurement documentation, running tender processes, and utilizing electronic sourcing systems as applicable for high-value purchasing events. Strong organizational skills for developing and updating tracking tables, managing procurement planning, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and processes. Prior background in capital procurement, contract lifecycle management, and facilitating performance reviews, with an emphasis on process improvement and project close-out activities.
