Position Overview: Inbound Chat Specialist (Part‑Time) We are seeking energetic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our arenaflex team as Inbound Chat Specialists. In this role, you will become the digital front‑line for our automotive dealer partners, engaging visitors on dealership websites, answering product and service questions, and capturing qualified leads that translate into revenue for our clients. This is an on‑site, part‑time position based at our College Station, Texas facility. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll be equipped with industry‑leading software, comprehensive training, and supportive teammates who share a passion for automotive excellence. Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly to inbound chat inquiries from prospective vehicle buyers and service customers. - Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about vehicle inventory, financing options, service packages, and promotional offers. - Guide chat participants through the appointment‑scheduling process, ensuring all required details are captured. - Collect and verify contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, preferred contact times) for lead generation and follow‑up. - Summarize each interaction in a concise, structured format for dealer review, highlighting customer intent and next steps. - Continuously update and refine the internal knowledge base to reflect product changes, new promotions, and evolving dealership policies. - Collaborate with fellow specialists, supervisors, and dealer staff to resolve complex inquiries and escalations. - Maintain a professional, friendly tone that reflects arenaflex’s brand values and the dealership’s reputation. - Adhere to performance metrics such as response time, chat duration, lead conversion rate, and typing speed (minimum 35 WPM; 40 WPM preferred). Essential Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, customer‑focused demeanor. - Basic proficiency with Windows‑based computers and internet navigation. - Ability to type at least 35 words per minute (40 WPM preferred). - Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high‑volume, fast‑changing environment. - Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt to evolving processes. - Availability to work in 4‑hour blocks daily, meeting a minimum of 20 hours per week. - Commitment to complete a four‑week full‑time training program (Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM CST).
