We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented BCBA who enjoys assessment and clinical writing to join our growing remote team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, wants independence, and loves helping new families begin their ABA journey with excellence.
Position Overview
You’ll be the first clinical contact for new clients, conducting intake assessments and building individualized treatment plans. Each case pays $350 and includes:
• A one-hour virtual intake assessment with caregivers
• Vineland-3 completion and scoring
• Treatment plan creation and submission within 48 hours of assessment
• Participation in peer-to-peer reviews as needed for insurance authorization
Assessments must be scheduled within 24 hours of assignment and treatment plans completed within 48 hours of the assessment.

Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, and completing the Vineland-3.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and HIPAA-compliant workspace.
• Licensed in NY, NJ, AL and CT
