**Role Overview**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Retention Representative to join our team in McKinney, TX. As a Customer Retention Representative, you'll be responsible for conserving business on behalf of arenaflex. You'll be a vital part of a dedicated, professional team that plays a key role in ensuring that customers who call in with the intention of canceling are provided assistance in understanding the importance of keeping their coverage, as well as providing policy maintenance. This is a remote/work from home position, offering the flexibility and work-life balance you deserve.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Retention Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who are calling to cancel their insurance coverage and/or place calls to current policyholders regarding coverage, premium due, as well as other policy information.
* Answering questions about policy benefits and premiums and accurately documenting the information on the appropriate database.
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout the process.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and business outcomes.
**What You Can Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance industry setting
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Superior customer service skills, including being friendly, efficient, and a good listener
* Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions
* A desire to learn and grow within the Company
* The ability to type 30 words per minute, with a pre-employment assessment required
