Job Overview We’re seeking an experienced Paid Media Marketing Consultant to provide strategic guidance, audits, and best-practice recommendations across multi-channel digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic networks. This is a consulting role, not a day-to-day campaign management position. The consultant will advise on strategy, structure, tracking integrity, optimization frameworks, and performance interpretation helping ensure campaigns are set up correctly, measured accurately, and aligned to client goals. No hands-on execution or creative development is required. The role is expected to require approximately 1-5 hours per week, with availability during EST hours for reviews, collaboration, and strategic discussions. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Advisory -Provide strategic guidance on paid media approach, channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign structure based on client goals and constraints. -Advise on best practices across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms. -Review existing campaign strategies and offer recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance. Account Audits & Reviews Conduct periodic audits of paid media accounts to assess: -Campaign structure and setup -Conversion tracking integrity -Optimization approach -Alignment with stated KPIs -Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and clearly document recommended next steps. Tracking & Measurement Consulting -Advise on proper tracking frameworks, including conversion events, attribution considerations, and data hygiene. -Review Google Tag Manager, pixels, and analytics setups to ensure accurate measurement (without implementing changes directly). -Provide guidance on distinguishing high-intent vs. low-intent conversion actions. Performance Analysis & Interpretation -Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes behind performance changes. - Support internal teams or clients with insights and recommendations Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing -Partner with internal teams or external vendors to provide clarity on paid media best practices. -Serve as a subject-matter expert for paid media strategy, troubleshooting, and optimization frameworks. -Offer feedback and guidance during planning conversations, reviews, or escalations. Qualifications -Proven experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising. -Strong background in paid media strategy, account structure, and performance analysis. -Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics best practices. -Ability to audit campaigns and clearly explain findings to non-technical stakeholders. -Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations. -Experience advising teams or clients Contract Details Hours: 1-5 hours per week Type: Contractor (Part-Time)
