Highly Desirable Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, and troubleshooting Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions in utility environments
• CC&B Administration & Configuration
• Framework Business Processes (Service Agreements, Billing, Payments, Collections, Meter-to-Cash)
• Framework Administration including ConfigTools
• Custom Development, Enhancements, and Integrations
• Experience deploying and supporting applications on Oracle WebLogic Server and monitoring via Oracle Enterprise Manager
• Development experience using Oracle Utilities Application Framework, Oracle Utilities SDK, and Eclipse IDE
• Integration expertise leveraging Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud for enterprise system integrations
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python, including batch processing, web services (SOAP/REST), and automation scripting
• Experience with OpenText Exstream for bill print design and customer communications
• Job scheduling and batch automation using Automic Applications Manager
• Linux scripting (Shell/Bash) and system administration in Linux and Windows environments
• Reporting and analytics experience using Oracle BI Publisher and other enterprise reporting tools
• Proven ability to:
• Develop and manage project plans
• Track resources, dependencies, budgets, and milestones
• Lead technical implementations in large-scale utility transformation programs
• Industry experience supporting regulated Electric, Gas, and Water Utilities, with deep understanding of Meter-to-Cash lifecycle processes
