Role Type: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Remote, US (EST preferred)
Travel: No travel to Cleveland required
Reporting Line: Functional Manager
Engagement Model: Staff augmentation (capacity-based) on SOW
Interview Process
• Two-step interview model:
• 30 minutes with hiring manager
• 30 minutes with a subset of the functional team
Scheduling flexibility, with preference for early morning EST or lunch hour
Opportunity Overview
Client's Oracle HCM team is seeking an onshore Functional Oracle HCM resource to support large-scale initiatives and address internal capacity constraints. Demand is driven primarily by the Souvenil (Brazil) acquisition and multiple enablement projects, which together are consuming approximately one-third of the current team s capacity.

Team & Operating Context
• Total Oracle HCM team size: ~25 resources
• Global delivery model with developers offshore and functional leadership onshore
• This role is expected to work closely with business users and internal stakeholders in EST time zones
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle HCM Fusion experience
• Must be hands-on and platform-experienced (not entry-level)Background may be SI-side or client-side
