Job Title: Sr. Cyber Security Engineer – AI/ML, PeopleSoft & MuleSoft Stack
Location: Remote (Must currently reside in California)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer with extensive experience securing enterprise systems, including HR/Payroll platforms, and implementing AI/ML security strategies. This role requires strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, MuleSoft integrations, and cloud security (AWS), along with excellent communication skills to translate complex security concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years as a Cyber Security Engineer with HR/Payroll and enterprise systems background.
• 5+ years of current experience with PeopleSoft and MuleSoft stack, including batch processing, API integrations, connectors, and integration brokers.
• Hands-on experience assessing risk and securing AI/ML implementations.
• Experience with AWS Cloud security.
• Ability to provide IT security guidance during design and implementation of business services.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
Responsibilities:
• Act as an information security subject matter expert on IT projects.
• Provide guidance on security implications of AI within business and supporting systems, including generative AI considerations.
• Prepare written security recommendations, processes, and reports for stakeholders.
• Support overall Cyber Security governance and risk assessment for AI initiatives.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), specifically Automation Anywhere, is a plus.
