Job Description:
• Oversee daily operations across call center, provider relations, mail services, drug rebate, and clinical support functions.
• Serve as primary liaison with State Medicaid stakeholders.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual, operational, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams on system support, issue resolution, and release management.
• Support operational reporting, data exchanges, and audits.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Lead and support operational change initiatives.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience leading operational teams in Medicaid, PBM, or healthcare environments.
• Strong customer-facing operations leadership.
• Experience with healthcare systems, data exchanges, and service delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for reviewing or troubleshooting data.
