Job Title: Digital Marketing Operator (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads) Company: Plan4Growth Academy Location: Remote (India / Philippines preferred) Type: Full-Time Salary: £400/month --- ## Role Overview This is not a junior marketing role. This is a **performance role**. You are responsible for generating leads, lowering cost per acquisition, and improving conversion rates across: • SEO • Google Ads • Facebook / Instagram Ads You will work across multiple dental and education brands. Your output directly impacts revenue. --- ## What You Will Own • *SEO** • Keyword research focused on commercial intent • On-page optimisation across websites • Basic technical SEO fixes • Ranking improvement for high-value keywords • *Google Ads** • Campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling • Budget allocation based on performance • Reducing cost per lead • Writing high-converting ad copy • *Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)** • Campaign creation and testing • Audience building and retargeting • Creative and copy direction • Scaling winning ads --- ## What This Role Is Not • Not task-based • Not “do what you’re told” • Not slow-paced If you need constant instructions, do not apply. --- ## Non-Negotiable Application Process No video + no task = automatic rejection. ### Step 1 — Video Submission (Required) Record a **2–3 minute video** answering: • Who you are • What results you have achieved (specific numbers only) • What you would improve in a typical lead generation funnel If you cannot communicate clearly, you will not be considered. --- ### Step 2 — Trial Task (Max 45 minutes) Submit all 3: • *1. Meta Ads** • Suggest 1 campaign idea (audience + angle + offer) Keep it concise. Clarity over volume.
