We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical counseling and a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. This role involves providing therapeutic support to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and personal growth. Duties • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices. • Provide therapy sessions using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Group Therapy. • Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. • Offer specialized care for conditions such as PTSD and addiction counseling. • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ICD-10 standards. • Engage in ongoing research to stay current with developments in mental health treatment methodologies. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, including those requiring support for children. • Collaborate with School Systems to identify potential clients • Telehealth with clients Qualifications • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. • Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent certification. • Experience working with children is highly desirable. • Proficiency in crisis management techniques and clinical counseling practices. • Familiarity with evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in mental health practice.
