About the position
Since our founding in 2017, Willow has grown from a start-up in Australia to serving customers around the globe. Our product offering digitizes the build world for a better world. We make our customers buildings work smarter for them and the environment.
You will be joining a team of performance-driven Willowers, backed by the most advanced technology the built world has ever seen.
We’re seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to execute our marketing and communication initiatives across key channels. This role is perfect for someone who brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to social media, and a passion for shaping how our brand shows up across digital and physical touchpoints. You'll work on a variety of marketing functions—from content creation and PR to event support, customer engagement, and contractor management. If you're a creative communicator with a track record in B2B marketing and a love for storytelling, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business goals and grow brand visibility.
• Write, edit, and review content across all channels—LinkedIn, blog, website, pitch decks, press releases, and customer materials.
• Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to create and maintain compelling marketing collateral and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external contractors (e.g., designers, web developers, PR consultants) to deliver quality outcomes on time.
• Lead customer marketing initiatives, creating case studies, coordinating testimonials, and developing campaigns to strengthen engagement
• Support and help coordinate key marketing functions and events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer experiences.
• Track marketing performance metrics and present insights to inform strategy.
Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B technology or SaaS environment with hands on Product or Revenue Marketing
• Experience with ecosystem marketing and co-marketing campaign execution with partners
• Proven ability to own end to end campaign execution, including from brief and ideation through launch, optimization and reporting.
• Ability to craft compelling brand narratives that clearly articulate value and differentiation (story-driven positioning that resonates with buyers vs. feature marketing)
• Demonstrated ability to manage external contractors and creative vendors to deliver projects.
• Hands on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo and Dynamics)
• A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset, excited by a dynamic and fast-paced scale-up environment.
Benefits
• Flexible working arrangements
• Remote/hybrid working where applicable
• Competitive salary banding based on the work you do
• Embracing parenthood with parental leave
• Benefits insurance covering medical, dental, vision, life and disability
• 401K retirement plan with employer matching
• 20 days PTO plus public holidays
