We are currently seeking a Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager and report to the Sr. Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager.
Base Salary: $120,317-146,904 plus 20% bonus opportunity
Location: Remote

- Form collaborative opportunities with the Customer, be the coordinator of multi-functional teams from concept to final delivery.
- Ensure Primo Brands is “Brilliant at the Basics” consistently regarding service and supply
- Understand Customer KPI’s, agree to targets with the Customer and report regularly against these targets
- Drive all other Supply Chain Customer Efficiency Initiatives e.g. EDI, VMI, Deductions, Order Smoothing, etc.
- Challenge the status quo to improve Customer Satisfaction and create business opportunities with the Customer
- Demonstrate people leadership skills for influencing others
- Partner with sales to design optimally cost-effective delivery solutions for initiatives to maximize sales opportunities

- Bachelor’s Degree/ Supply Chain
- In lieu of college, 3-5yrs Customer experience (Customer service/ Supply Chain/Sales)
- Successfully led projects and initiatives that require both commercial and Supply Chain understanding & knowledge
- Been exposed to/led collaborative cross functional business development projects
