Role Title :Management Accountant / Finance Manager (Part-Time, Remote)
About the Company
Yummy Jobs was launched 25 years ago as a unique partner for the Disney International Programs at the Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando, FL. We now partner with over 45 US Host employers, and have had over 25,000 participants in our international programs. We are a leading international recruitment firm specializing in international visa placements for the hospitality industry. Our mission is to connect top talent with premier hospitality employers, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. We are a small but growing company with operations in the UK and the US. We’re looking for an experienced management accountant who can be a trusted partner in financial reporting, multi-currency accounting, and monthly management accounts — on a part-time, remote basis (approx 3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities
You’ll own the numbers — not just the spreadsheets.
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
Post journals, reconcile ledgers, and maintain accounting records in multi-currency environments
Produce year-to-date performance metrics with meaningful variance analysis
Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across UK and US operations
Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
Review and analyze financial results, providing actionable insight to leadership
Collaborate with external bookkeepers, auditors, and tax advisors as needed
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (baseline UK GAAP/US GAAP familiarity essential)
Who You Are
You’re someone who can just get it done without a big finance team.
Qualified accountant: CIMA / ACCA / ACA / CPA (strong preference for management accounting credentials)
5+ years’ experience in management accounting or finance roles
Strong hands-on experience with monthly management accounts and multi-currency reporting
Excellent Excel and accounting system skills (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, etc.)
Comfortable working independently and proactively contributing to business decisions
Reliable communicator and analytical thinker
Working Style
Remote work (UK or US time zones acceptable with periodic overlap for team sync)
Part-time / fractional: approximately 3 days per week
Flexibility and autonomy expected — you own your output, not your chair hours
