I am the CEO of a US-based IT Staffing Agency (Wyoming LLC, domesticating to Texas). I am looking for a Licensed US Immigration Attorney to handle an immediate H-1B Transfer for an employee currently in the US.
Important:
Although I am physically located in India, I work strict US Business Hours (EST/CST). I am available for real-time calls, Zoom meetings, and instant document turnaround during your normal office hours. Time zone will NOT be an issue.
Scope of Work:
1. Legal Strategy: Review the "Employer-Employee Relationship" documents (Client Letter, Vendor Letter) to ensure compliance with staffing regulations.
2. Representation: You must sign Form G-28 as the Attorney of Record.
3. Filing: Assemble and file the H-1B petition (I-129) and LCA.
4. Process: Coordinate with me digitally for signatures (I can print/scan or use digital signatures as permitted).
My Situation:
• Entity: US LLC (Staffing/Consulting).
• Employee: Onshore (Currently in USA).
• Volume: This is an immediate single filing, but I have multiple Cap Registrations for the March lottery and look to build a long-term relationship.
Requirements:
• Must be a Licensed US Attorney: I will verify your Bar License number. (Paralegals/Document Preparers need not apply).
• Staffing Experience: You must be familiar with ITServe issues, Neufeld Memo compliance, and "Right to Control" arguments.
• Technology: Must be comfortable using a portal or secure email to exchange documents with a remote owner.
To Apply:
Please provide a Fixed Price quote for the H-1B Transfer legal fee.
1. Does your fee include the response to a standard RFE?
2. Are you eligible to sign Form G-28 for a company with a remote owner?
Option 2: LinkedIn / Facebook Group Post (For networking)
If you are in groups like "ITServe Alliance" or "H1B Employers," use this shorter version to get referrals.
