Job Description:
• Analyze post-conversion and performance data to improve lead scoring models.
• Ensure customers are matched with the buyers most likely to provide value.
• Identify trends and provide insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Build and maintain Looker dashboards using LookML.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve reporting efficiency.
• Utilize automated tools and bots to monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain a reliable tracking environment using Redtrack.io.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and performance data.
• Manage and expand internal AI agents used for data analysis and anomaly detection.
• Help automate reporting and insight generation.
• Manage alerting systems that monitor AWS and tracking data streams.
• Identify fluctuations in traffic performance or lead quality quickly.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or performance analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards and data models in Looker (LookML).
• Experience working in AWS data environments (Redshift, Athena, or S3).
• Ability to integrate AI-assisted visualization tools to accelerate the reporting lifecycle and provide real-time system alerting.
• Experience with Redtrack.io or similar tracking platforms.
• Understanding of marketing tracking systems, attribution, and conversion data.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and integrity.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams.
• Experience with automation tools such as Python, Zapier, or Make.com (preferred).
• Familiarity working with AI tools or LLMs (preferred).
