**Job Description:** Join Our Team: As a Director of Product Design (UX) - Emerging Experiences at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital experiences for our guests. We're looking for a seasoned leader with a passion for human-centered design, innovation, and collaboration to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute UX design strategies for emerging experiences, driving business growth and guest satisfaction. Lead a team of designers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help them grow and develop new skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and senior leadership, to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of guest needs, market trends, and business strategies to inform design decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement. Requirements: 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience); master's degree or postgraduate experience in Design, HCI, or related field a plus. 12+ years of experience in user experience design, delivering from concept through to execution. 5+ years of experience in people leadership, with 3+ years as a leader of leaders, demonstrating strength in hiring, leading, and coaching high-performing teams. Proven track record of leading a human-centered co-creative design practice in a large enterprise setting, using service design and design thinking. Strong portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to deliver industry-leading emerging experiences, high-quality work from concept through execution.
