As a Director of Product Management for Generative AI Experiments, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform and driving innovation in the HR Tech space. About the Role: We're seeking a seasoned product leader to lead our Generative AI (LLM) Product Experimentation team. As a key member of our AI Platform organization, you'll be responsible for identifying and incubating cutting-edge product experiments that leverage the latest Generative AI capabilities. Your vision and leadership will help us establish Indeed as a leader in HR Tech AI. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the vision for Generative AI (LLM) Product Experimentation at Indeed. - Understand the competitive landscape in HR Tech and apply learnings to inform our product bets. - Collaborate with the leadership team to define and drive Indeed's AI strategy. - Manage and grow a team of product managers, hiring exceptional talent and fostering a culture of innovation. - Build a roadmap and define execution strategies using data, user research, and business priorities. - Develop relationships and partnerships across the company, aligning on strategy, vision, and execution. - Define metrics to measure the success of your team's features and drive velocity, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on maintaining portfolios of teams working on 0-to-1 product experiments. - Proven track record of managing product managers, with a deep commitment to coaching, mentoring, and growing future leaders. - Knowledge of machine learning platforms (especially LLMs), data infrastructure, and cloud-based platforms (preferably AWS). - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders and influence decision-making. - Experience in setting and articulating clear visions, making informed choices, and identifying the bigger picture in terms of product direction and business goals.
