Responsibilities
- Support and grow customer accounts by managing quotes, renewals, and sales workflows for Account Managers
- Identify, develop, and close revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts (commission eligible)
- Upsell and expand software renewals while maximizing gross profit growth
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Participate in customer calls, QBRs, and account planning activities
