The Internal Client Manager will support and grow customer accounts, manage sales workflows, and drive gross profit growth through revenue opportunities within existing accounts. Responsibilities - Support and grow customer accounts by managing quotes, renewals, and sales workflows for Account Managers - Identify, develop, and close revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts (commission eligible) - Upsell and expand software renewals while maximizing gross profit growth - Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams - Participate in customer calls, QBRs, and account planning activities Skills - A strong sales mindset with a proven ability to identify and close opportunities - Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging customers and stakeholders - Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively - Relationship-focused with the ability to build trust with customers and partners - Interest in technology and a desire to grow a successful sales career Company Overview - Softcat is a provider of IT infrastructure to corporate and public sectors, with a passion for employee satisfaction and world-class.
