**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development of business cases and forecasts for assigned business lines
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers
* Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on data-driven decision making
* Strong background in SQL and data analysis tools, such as Succeed and Sigma
* Experience working with large data sets and developing data visualizations to inform business decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake
* Strong understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
