I run a consulting firm that designs fitness and wellness amenities for multifamily developments. I work alongside world class architecture and interiors firms and my presentations need to be elevated to that level. Our primary challenge is conveying initial concepts to the client so they can see the vision. Current presentations are thrown together quickly in powerpoint.
I will provide our space plans in CAD and I’m looking for an interior designer or architecture-trained designer to help support project presentations and concept visualization from start to finish.
Typical tasks may include:
• Cleaning up 2D floor plans with simple color zoning or overlays
• Creating concept boards / mood boards
• Helping develop a repeatable PowerPoint or Canva presentation template
• Occasionally creating simple 3D perspective views to communicate layout
Important: I am not looking for photorealistic renderings — only clean, conceptual visuals that help communicate design intent.
Ideal candidate:
- Interior design or architecture background
• Strong presentation / layout skills
• Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Canva, Powerpoint or similar tools
Looking for someone I can work with on an ongoing basis.
Budget typically $150–$500 per project depending on scope.
Please share examples of presentation boards, diagrams, or concept visuals.
