This is a flexible, income-based independent business partnership role, ideal for entrepreneurial-minded individuals who enjoy connecting with people and guiding them to success.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective clients via online discovery calls, webinars, and digital presentations
• Educate clients on the benefits of our leadership programs and help them select the best options for their goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted consultant
• Track progress and provide ongoing support to clients enrolled in programs
• Grow your independent business and expand your network while working remotely
What We’re Looking For
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for leadership, coaching, and personal development
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Experience in sales, consulting, coaching, or program enrollment is a plus but not required
