What You’ll Do:
Sell directly to homeowners – Lead by example and be the top producer
Execute a proven sales system – No guesswork, just results
Drive accountability and push your team to hit revenue goals
Earn commissions on your sales + overrides on team performance

Sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required)

In-home sales: at LEAST 1 year (Preferred)
Construction sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

Work Location: On the road - based out of the Port Charlotte and Naples area (preferred)
Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
Previous experience in outside sales
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
High school diploma/GED required
This is a remote position.
