**The Role**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our members via live chat and email. You will be responsible for:
* Delivering amazing service to our members, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits
* Following documented best practices for handling member inquiries and suggesting process improvements
* Managing and organizing workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
* Triaging and escalating complex and urgent member care needs
* Retaining detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance
* Relaying member feedback to leadership teams to improve arenaflex's solution
**Requirements**
* Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English
* Experience working in a customer-facing environment with demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness
* Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with some ambiguity
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
* Quiet and distraction-free work environment with reliable internet connection (ability to hard wire if needed strongly preferred)
