**Responsibilities**
As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting customers inside and outside our centers with arenaflex products and services, providing personalized support and solutions to meet their needs.
* Utilizing smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient operations.
* Moving and hooking up arenaflex trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation for our customers.
* Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels, to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
* Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to empower informed decisions.
* Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Installing hitches and trailer wiring, providing expert technical support to our customers.
* Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) and driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment), demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
* Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
**Minimum Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
**Work Environment**
As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields, to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
**Physical Demands**
This role requires some physical exertion, including:
* Long periods of remaining stationary.
* Moving around indoors and outdoors.
* Positioning yourself to reach objects at varying heights.
* Moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.

**Compensation**
As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you will be compensated at a rate of $17-18 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings.
