Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Assist with candidate communications and background checks Onboarding & New Hire Orientation Coordinate onboarding processes and new hire paperwork Facilitate employee orientation and training schedules Ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience Payroll & Benefits Administration Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries Update HRIS systems with compensation and benefits data HR Compliance & Policy Administration Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation Support audits and regulatory reporting HR Documentation & Employee Records Draft offer letters, employment agreements, and HR communications Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy in HR systems Perform regular audits of HR records and databases Employee Support & HR Operations Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and benefits Assist with offboarding, exit interviews, and documentation Support special HR projects and initiatives
Responsibilities

Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in administrative support, HR assistant, or customer service roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
