**Job Summary**
As an HR/LR Site Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering HR and LR services to our Charlotte CCA site, which employs approximately 125 individuals. You will work closely with the Plant Supervisor to drive GM culture, promote positive employee experiences, and improve worker engagement. You will also be responsible for managing a positive working relationship with the association, adhering to terms of work contract, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with the Plant Supervisor to drive GM culture, promote positive employee experiences, and improve worker engagement
* Develop and implement HR and LR strategies to support business objectives
* Provide HR services to the site, including talent management, performance management, compensation planning, recruitment and selection, and employee relations
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including the Complaint Technique and UAW Local and National agreements
* Manage hourly, contract, and salaried workforce organization
* Work with training on HR policies, HR/LR methods, and legal agreements, including the UAW Local and National agreements
* Champion allocated Workplace Security Framework Components and organization of local health-related items
* Support Individuals Inclusion and execution of our Worldwide Manufacturing Framework (GMS)
* Center HR:
+ Champion undertakings that help key HR and Focus of Mastery (COE) goals in capability and country
+ Collaborate with Site Administration and Individuals Pioneers in driving GM culture, advancing positive representative encounters, and further developing worker commitment
+ Participate in ordinary HRM and Ability Gathering conversations with Site Administration
+ Collaborate with COE to guarantee that nearby strategies, methods, regulations, aggregate arrangements, and guidelines are controlled fittingly as per country and utilitarian bearing
+ Overflow expansive correspondences and declarations. Give expansive correspondences on HR/LR drives, process changes, and upgrades that influence all workers
+ Guarantee fitting help to the business in respect Human Resources Plans execution

**Requirements**
* Four-year college education in HR, LR, Business, or related field
* At least 3 years of experience providing HR and LR support to an organization
* Experience working in an association climate, arranging, and settling clashes
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HR/LR matters
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR applications (e.g., HRIS, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Unmarried male's or potentially Graduate degree in HR, LR, business or related field
* Understanding of Health and Safety practices and requirements
* Experience in Warehouse, Manufacturing, Activity, or Appropriation
* Coordinated, ready to work autonomously, fulfill time constraints and flourish in an uncertain climate
* Solid Relational Abilities
* Amazing composed and verbal interchanges abilities
* Capability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR applications (e.g., HRIS, etc.)
